On 22 August 2026, Kariobangi North Police Station became the fourth police facility to join Kate Riley Foundation's Nairobi East Cluster.

With four facilities now operational, our cluster provides an estimated unique geographic coverage of approximately 43.5 km², spanning communities with a combined population of at least 400,000 residents.

The first map shows the four sites, each with a 2.5 km radius, creating a circular coverage area of approximately 19.635 km² per site. Because these coverage areas overlap, the combined unique geographic coverage is approximately 43.5 km².

The second map shows the approximate distances connecting the four sites, with a total distance of approximately 9.03 km:

- Mathare to Huruma: ~2.5 km

- Huruma to Kariobangi North: ~1.0 km

- Kariobangi North to Kariobangi South: ~2.0 km

- Kariobangi South to Mathare: ~3.5 km

Our objective is simple: removing financial barriers to accessing justice.
