About Us
We are a nonprofit organization that works hand-in-hand with government, communities and partner organizations to improve service provision at police stations across Kenya.
We aim to serve marginalized local communities that need our interventions the most. Majority of these communities reside in the scarcely cared for temporary settlements popularly known as “slums” in Kenya’s urban areas and according to UN-Habitat make up 50-80% of the urban population in cities across the country.
We believe that everyone should have the same access to safety and security in the community, regardless of status or financial background.

At Kate Riley Foundation, our mission is to collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the accessibility and quality of services provided at police stations. We aim to foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and responsiveness to ensure that every person's rights are upheld.

Our vision is to build resilient communities where the justice system is accessible, fair, and supportive for all. We envision a future where every individual feels safe, empowered, and confident in seeking assistance from law enforcement agencies.
